Full Support Package

• One in-home or virtual prenatal visit to get to know each other

• Resources for childbirth, baby care, and parenting classes

• Time to answer questions and discuss concerns

• In-home or virtual birth planning session

• Personalized written birth plan (copy provided for you and your provider)

• Continuous support during labor and birth

• One in-home postpartum visit to check in on mom and dad

• Breastfeeding support and newborn care guidance

Essential Planning + Birth Support

• In-home or virtual birth planning session

• Personalized written birth plan (copy provided for you and your provider)

• Continuous support during labor and birth

• One in-home postpartum visit

• Breastfeeding support and newborn care guidance

🌺 Package 3

Birth + Postpartum Support

• Continuous support during labor and birth

• One in-home postpartum visit

• Breastfeeding support and newborn care guidance

🌷 Package 4

Birth Support Only

• Continuous support during labor and birth

Carrot clients Birth Doula Package:

(Everything included from package 1) Plus available by text/call to answer any questions or concerns until 6 weeks after birth.

Eligible for reimbursement through Carrot Fertility Benefits (depending on your individual plan).

Clients are responsible for submitting documentation for reimbursement.

Note with each package once a contract is signed and first payment is made I am available by email, text, or phone for any questions or concerns you may have during your pregnancy leading up to birth and up to 2 weeks after birth.

*NY and NYC small travel fee will be added to package price.
